When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow a 2-3 week lead time for custom orders. 

How will my order ship?

UPS – United Parcel Service, or USPS. Custom orders generally ship via FedEx.

Do you ship outside the USA?

We are able to ship outside the USA upon direct request. Please contact us via email at info@portagenotebooks.com for an international shipping quote.

How is shipping calculated?

Portage Notebooks are made from quality paper, and they are not light. Shipping usually is about 20% of the order, but varies based on quantity & the shipping location. Our shopping cart will provide an accurate shipping price based on UPS or USPS actual charges.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we do from qualified professional organizations. We do not accept COD or purchase orders from individuals.

May I pay with a Credit Card?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
