I work in IT & for over 20 yrs, I've carried steno pads with me for note taking. They're just the right size & format for what I need. I'm also a lefty & use water or gel based inks that need to flow freely or my hand cramps. Too many cheap steno pads allow the ink to soak straight through the paper & I can't use the backsides. But THESE pads-- no such issue! Nice, thick, durable paper, no ink soaking here! And a sturdy card back makes taking notes without a surface much easier. Awesome pads. Field Notes who? ;)
Wow. Purchased these for the first time. Will never buy another Steno notebook anywhere else. These are amazingly high quality. The cardboard backing is clipboard thickness and very sturdy. Could definitely write anywhere with this, no table or surface required. The front cover was also thicker than expected. The paper is a soft off-white, very easy on the eyes. It's a thicker paper, but soft and smooth to the touch. Tested three different ballpoint pens and a gel pen. Every one glides over the paper like butter and dries to the touch quickly. Can't wait to order more!
